Yes, there is a built-in knowledge base in PRO-TECH TITAN.

Simply click “Help” in the upper right hand corner of the software to access release notes and detailed instructions on how to navigate the software.

Your PRO-TECH TITAN data is always backed up by Amazon AWS.  The AWS Backup is a fully managed backup service that makes it easy to centralize and automate the back up of data across AWS services in the cloud.

Changing your password is as easy as clicking “Forgot Password?”.  You’ll receive an email to reset your password.

TITAN is built on the cloud-based Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform and offers more security than a traditional on premise server configuration. One of the biggest benefits of storing data in the cloud via AWS is the enterprise level of security protection and encryption that AWS provides.  On premise configurations require firewalls to be installed and encryption software needs to be installed, ran, and maintained.  With PRO-TECH TITAN, all your security needs are covered.

Chromium browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Brave, etc.) and Firefox. Safari should also work, technically so should any browser, however we only test with Chromium and Firefox.

Accounting integrations such as with Business Central are possible and covered as an addendum to the license agreement.  The depth and details of these integrations often vary based on customer need.

Java and Google Web Toolkit (GWT).

Software upgrades happen automatically.  Software upgrades occur every 4 weeks but often occur weekly.  Although the software updates cause approximately 2-3 minutes of downtime, they are performed off hours – at night or on weekends.

Price book upgrades in TITAN are transparent.  No downtime is required.  New price books and new versions of price books simply become available in TITAN.

Today, TITAN has integrations with QuickBooks along with some customer specific “one-off” solutions.  Other integrations are in development.

PRO-TECH TITAN uptime is directly related to Amazon Web Services uptime.  To date, there have been no outages.
